MEET SAM PLOUFFE

I’ve been in construction since I was a kid. My grandfather and uncle own Givic Construction. I’ve worked full time with them every summer ever since I could remember. My last semester of high school was spent working for Givic as a co-op. Two years after that I started doing some side jobs on my own. Then I took the leap and created CIS.

When I first started CIS Construction, most of my work was out of town. I spent a good 4 years of my life working every weekend, 12+ hours a day. I have a list of sacrifices I’ve made to dedicate myself to my work and this business.

I owe all of my drive, passion, morales and work ethic to my grandfather and my uncle.

Point being, I worked hard and still do. Work ethic is very close to my heart.

My team follows suit. They are dedicated, loyal & responsible. I am proud of what we have accomplished together.
